[#quoteoftheday] “There is wisdom in the wound.” - by 📚 Michael Bungay Stanier. This line is taken from his book: ‘How to work with almost anybody’, and totally gave me Rumi vibes (think: “the wound is where the light enters”).

In the context of work and learning environments, I think when you’re feeling hurt it’s hard to see the point of anything.

But there’s deep learning in a wound. An opportunity to know better and then do better next time.
