I used to hear the word business and think of processes, revenue, systems. After reading and learning from the likes of Leila Jannah, August Turak and Steven Covey, now I hear the word and think: people, people, people. Without people there wouldn’t be any business. I think that’s partly why even just one ‘person change’ can have such an impact - whether positively or negatively.
