[#wellbeing✨] Just a quick thought from this morning’s run & wisdom from my friend:
Do whatever you need to do to protect your energy & maintain your positive energy for the long haul.
I think we are all a work in progress, especially when it comes to sustaining energy.
And rest looks different for us all…
Stepping outside.
Breathing.
A workout.
A cuppa tea.
A cuppa gahwa. ☕️😉
