[#quoteoftheday + #Fridayfeeling] "Intus si recte ne labora", which is Latin for: "If all is right within, trouble not." I think this rings true both physically, mentally and in a lot of other areas too. I also felt it was a good thought to carry with us into the weekend, where we may finally have time to tend to ourselves.
Sending a hat tip to Russell Speirs, whose post I read about school mottos led me to come across this one. What a lovely set of words to have at the heart of a school's ethos.
