I think you may be able to replace "run" and "legs" in this quote with another verb (and relative body part... hmm but that may be tricky...), like 'teach', 'work', etc. and you've got a philosophy for the way to do lots of things well and successfully.

I feel like success eventually comes if you're so evidently doing something with heart - and even if it doesn't, nobody ever forgets the way you make them feel. If you've done something with heart, it shines through.

So yes... This is another concept about doing things wholeheartedly, with thoughtfulness and feeling.

But also... it is, simply, about one of my great loves... #running.
