Even if you are horrified by what you are seeing.

This is a note to myself first and foremost.

Seeing the work of the Doctors without Borders posting from Gaza who are doing their best work, even in a genocide, operating on people in corridors and with no equipment or anaesthesia…. how can we not?

I call for a ceasefire and end to the violence in Palestine.
