In professional settings the competitive nature of things mean that sabotaging types of behaviours are inevitable to some degree. Yet, I like that these words remind us of the deep benefit that comes from basking in everyone's glow.


It helps the world (e.g. workplaces, schools, offices) seem brighter.


Let someone shine if they’ve learned to light their flame.


Maybe you can catch a flame from them and set yours alight too.
