💭 I get my quotables from lots of different sources. This one is pretty unique though: I heard patrick beach, one of my favourite Yoga / Movement teachers, say this during a class, I think it was on handstand training. I remember it was the second time I was repeating the session online, and that time I stopped the video mid-class to write it down. And now here it is.
